What are the items you can’t fulfill?

3. What is your processing time?

We process orders within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.

We will not be able to fulfill products that change in availability or price during processing.

If we have to cancel an order, customer support will contact you as soon as possible. If we have not received your response within a given period regarding the order issue, we will automatically cancel your order for a full refund.

Yes, our international shipping fee starts at $50.

For customs reasons, we have a limit of 5 items per package, but this is still subject to the overall size/weight. If it exceeds 5 items, you may need to add fee for succeeding packages.

We only charge you for the shipping fee. Any import taxes or customs fees will be shouldered by the buyer once the order reaches your destination country. The same is true if your local customs would require you to present further documentation. The buyer is still responsible for providing such documentation or requirements.

Once the item has been shipped internationally, the buyer is responsible for paying these dues. This is also applicable if your local customs would ask for further requirements.
